Positioned on the upper level of the Ercole Palazetti-designed Doria building, Double Bay Penthouse is a full interior reimagining of an existing home.

The original layout offered generous natural light and well-proportioned rooms but required focused upgrades to improve function and presentation.

Working to a strict timeline, we retained the apartment’s structure and key finishes while introducing new joinery, natural stone and lighting. A mix of vintage pieces, contemporary design and custom furnishings made specifically for this project brought character and clarity to each room. Together, these elements support a more open and refined interior without compromising on finish or intent.
